The Company continues to operate in a sustainable food quality and safety management system
by integrating operations according to various international standards that the Company has been certified, instilling awareness and transferring knowledge on hygienic and safe food production by both internal and external lecturers to produce safe products that are correct and in accordance with standards, creating confidence in quality and safety for customers and systematically ensuring product quality under the supervision of a food safety working group that drives the implementation of standards throughout the production process that occurs in the food chain until it reaches the Consumer.


Responsible Packaging Labeling
The Company develops sustainable products with a focus on products that are safe for consumers. Product labeling must comply with appropriate legal requirements and contain information to enable safe handling, display, storage and preparation of products within the food supply chain or by customers. In addition, there is a verification process to verify that ingredient and allergen labeling is correct according to product formulas and ingredient specifications including reviewing and labeling nutrition facts for products sold directly to consumers to comply with the required laws and regulations. There is a process for approving and signing labels to confirm and certify.
Respect and Protection of Human Rights
The Company conducts business with respect for the dignity of its Employees and all Relevant Stakeholders, and protects human rights in accordance with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UNDHR) and the International Labour Organization Conventions (ILO Conventions). And committed to growing their business in line with the development of the economy, society, culture, environment, quality of life and adheres to treating personnel equally and without discrimination so that personnel can play their roles and demonstrate their full potential in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Human Rights for Business and the International Labor Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, relevant regulations, labor laws and standards. Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment
The Company is committed to strictly complying with the regulations and laws on safety, occupational health and working environment and is committed to instilling a sense of comprehensive safety in the workplace for Employees, Suppliers and all Relevant Stakeholders in order to be free from threats, dangers and risks both in terms of accidents and occupational diseases including safety outside of work that may result in death or disability and to be able to live happily in society both physically and mentally.
In addition to operations in accordance with occupational health and working environment laws, the Company is also committed to operating within the scope of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Labor Organization (ILO), as follows:
- Promotion and Maintenance: The ultimate perfection of physical, mental and social health and well-being of workers, and measures to care for and promote employees’ health to be as good as before they started working.
- Prevention: Preventing workers from having deteriorated or abnormal health caused by the work environment, including prevention of accidents and occupational diseases to prevent workers from being exposed to various risk factors.
- Protection: Workers are not allowed to work in dangerous conditions that cause illness or accidents to workers. When a safe working environment cannot be provided but workers must enter the workplace, safety equipment must be provided to protect workers from those dangers.
- Placement: Workers are given work that is appropriate for their physical and mental abilities due to some jobs cannot be done by everyone, people who are suitable for the job must be selected. For example, people with respiratory problems should not work in dusty environments.
- Adaptation of work to suit people and adaptation of people to suit working conditions by considering various factors such as physiological factors of employees, taking into account appropriate workplaces such as height, reach, arm placement, chairs, desks and work environments that are appropriate for Employees.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy
In 2024, the Company was assessed according to the international ethical business standards, SMETA or The Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA - 4 Pillars),
which is an organization and management system on labor protection and occupational safety that groups business members around the world with a joint agreement on the development of ethics of the Company or group of Distributors. Companies that can join such groups must treat Employees or Workers ethically throughout the system, not just in their own companies but also including the company's business partners who must have ethics in treating workers as well.
